In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (\"KVKK\") No. 6698, any information that helps to make the identity of a real person certain or identifiable is in the scope of personal data. Your personal data at our company, which is su bject to the following reasons, purposes and methods, compliance with the relevant statutory regulations and statutory authorities, information storage, reporting, information disclosure obligations, will be recorded, stored, maintained, preserved, kept, classified and updated with legal and financial requirements, onto our systems acting as a Data Supervisor by our Company and in cases where the legislation permits it and within legal boundaries, it can be disclosed / handed down to third parties and classified and processed in the manners as prescribed by KVKK ( Law on Protection of Personal Data)
We kindly request you to be informed about the following legal issues.
Purposes and legal reasons for the processing of personal data; Within the scope of all legislation and other legislation related to Maritime Companies, including all kinds of consumer legislation, especially the Law on the Protection of Consumer No 6502 (\"TKHK\") and the Maritime Labor Law No. 854, in order to be able to provide all kinds of products and / or services that can be offered by our Company or other companies that our Company has agency with; your personal data can be processed by our Company for purposes determined by law, such as determining the transactions made to the employees, performing work / development according to the needs of the employee and the company, providing service within the scope of activity permit so as to be used at Port Entry/Exit, Abroad Participation and Agency Services; to record the identity, address and other necessary information for identification of the person concerned; to organize all the records and documents that will be the basis for processing in electronic or paper media; to comply with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by the legislation, the Ministry of Transport, Port Authorities, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (\"BRSA\"), the Information Technologies and Communications Authority (\"BTK\"); to provide requested / other personal information; to establish legal / trade relations and to directly and / or indirectly effect the contract / agreement we have concluded mutually.
For the purposes stated above, the persons / organizations to which personal data may be transferred;
The identity information of the employees in the legal regulations such as the Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law, Port Authorities and Sea Labor legislation, access/ communication information such as address, any kinds of documents and information for making the identity of the employee to be determined or identifiable obtained at sound and visual calls or as a result of transactions realized within the scope of the contracts that our company signed with you employees are deemed to be within the scope of personal data.
Your personal data will be shared and processed in this line by our Company with the persons and / or organizations that are permitted by the provisions of the legislation concerning the establishment, operation and activities of the companies that have Maritime and Agency Activities especially Laws numbered 854 and 4857 and any kinds of consumer legislations especially TKHK; Port Authorities, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Transport Seafarers\' services, Participation / Departure to Abroad Abroad Public authorities such as ICTA ( Information and Communication Technologies Authority), BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency), CBRT (Central Bank of Republic of Turkey), Undersecretariat of Treasury, Public legal entities such as ministries and legal authorities; official authorities that are legally authorized to ask for employee details of Ministry and Port Directorates; our Company's main shareholder, direct/indirect domestic/foreign subsidiaries; on the basis of our company\'s operating permit, program partners, commercial partner organizations, domestic / overseas Port Authorities, suppliers and / or subcontractors who were cooperated and provided service so as to perform Abroad Participation/Departure activities and other third persons.
The method of collecting personal data; Your personal data may be obtained by our Company orally, in writing or electronic environment through channels such as our corporate web site, our partners, online transactions and call center directly from your employee or port directorates corporations or other public offices or directly/indirectly affiliates or dominant shareholder or real or legal third parties from whom the services are taken or provided.
Your rights as per Article 11 of KVKK; you are entitled to apply to our Company and make a demand for your personal details as per KVKK regarding following points;
a) Learning whether it is processed or not;
b) If processed, demanding information,
c) Processing purpose and learning whether it is used or not in accordance with its purpose,
ç) Knowing about third persons to whom transfer is made at domestically/abroad,
d) If processed missing/wrong, demanding them to be corrected,
e) In accordance with terms and conditions prescribed in Article 7 of KVKK, requesting them to be deleted/ to be demolished,
f) In accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) above, demanding from third persons transferred to notify about operations made,
g) Objection to the emergence of a consequence against you because it is analyzed exclusively by automated systems,
ğ) In the case of being damaged because of being processed against the law, demanding the elimination of the damage. Your rights in this context will be effective as of 07.10.2016.

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, I provided, read, examined, evaluated the above informational notice regarding the processing of my personal data by your Company on the date specified below and knowingly and understandably accept all the above-mentioned matters; provided that my request and lawsuit rights shall be reserved for my losses to be arisen due to fault or negligence of your Company during the application of the above matters, for the purposes and reasons stated in "Information and Letter of Consent" as a result of my free will, I hereby accept, declare and commit that; I consent that my personal data which has been described in KVKK and above mentioned where the content and the method of meeting are mentioned shall be shared with above mentioned persons and shall be processed in the scope defined in KVKK:

give explicit consent to MTR Informatics, Training, and Consultancy Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as Maritimetrainer) for the transfer of my personal
data to Maritimetrainer's affiliated data centers abroad, Mailgun Technologies
Inc., the company responsible for email services, and Help Scout organization
for the provision of support services, for the purposes outlined below:
- Execution of necessary processes for the utilization of products and services provided by the company,
- Performance of the contract and its processes, as well as complaint and request management,
- Management of customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Execution, control, and reporting of financial operations.
Our Affiliated Data Centers: As an internationally operating organization, we utilize data centers of Google Cloud Services, Linode LLC, and IBM Cloud Services located abroad to provide easily accessible services to our customers and their employees worldwide. We host our servers and databases in these service providers in compliance with European Union and international standards. These companies are not authorized to process or share your da with third parties.
Mailgun Technologies, Inc.: Mailgun sends informational messages from our computing system to your email address. Records related to whether the informational emails sent from our systems have reached your email address and whether they have been opened or not are kept for 90 days on the Mailgun system. These records are deleted after 90 days.
Help Scout: This service manages technical support requests. If you utilize this service, your email address and correspondence related to technical support requests are stored. Maritimetrainer employees use this service to resolve technical support issues. When deemed necessary, information may be shared with your employer, who will benefit from our services.
